Filmmaker Friends and Family Picnic: 1:30 pm

The Red Carpet Event (keynote, premiere film, entertainment): Doors open at 6:00 pm

Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Selected Films/seminars/workshops: 9:30 am -1:30 pm

Recreation break (volleyball, basketball, wall climb,  mini golf, zip line, soccer or game room)  1:45pm - 3:45 pm

Dinner: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm 

Selected Films/workshops: 5:15 pm -  8:30 pm

Fire pit chat with filmmakers: 8:45

VIP reception: 9:30 pm
