BADGE/TICKET POLICY

Badge Refund Policy: Refund requests for the upcoming Churches Making Movies Christian Film Festival must be in writing and sent via first class mail.  All  mail and all refunds will incur a $25.00 processing fee.  After October 1, 2019, all payments are nonrefundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, or travel-related problems. Badges are non-transferable and are the property of Churches Making Movies.  Refunds will be issued either via the original method of payment or other method approved by the Churches Making Movies Film Festival, if such original method is not available. Unused registration/badges cannot be credited for future year’s attendance.

Badge pick up:
If you ordered a film festival Badge, a copy of the order confirmation WILL BE NECESSARY to pick up your Badge at the registration desk.

Purchasing badges for multiple people:

If you are purchasing badges for multiple people, please send the name, email address, and phone number to events@churchesmakingmovies.com once you receive your confirmation email.
